no more 02:48
i don't think i can do this i won't be formless, i won't be soulless throw it away
2.
an outline, no color we are the negative space will it ever be okay or is this just about how easy it is for you to find fault in everything an outline, no color machinery, a deafening pulse unable to tell the real thing apart roots upended, surface tension nothing left between the lines we are the negative space be sure that your bags are the ones you want to pack be sure not to forget will it ever be okay or is this just about how easy it is for you to find fault in everything catch yourself before you're caught the beauty in damnation satisfaction in self-mutilation watch the colors bleed out it's not so easy to stomach this time positions may be set within space fault not should we witness change don't sleep
3.
salt in the wound, no more, no less though a lesser man wouldn't salt it himself a point on the map, signaling distress you can't stop those so headstrong only so much can be done warning signs, they serve no purpose in a language long forgotten it's time to flip the narrative face our mistakes, a controlled release leave our fears outside the sheets hell can't follow us here a place with no natural disasters a zero sum game run by ghosts trying to use vengeance as a magnet no more solving for x in a two way mirror no more time will be spent in the shadow of the reciprocal hell can't follow us here we slowly strip ourselves of fear

hospitals 03:07
is it pride that's brought me back into the clutches of something i could never best i held the false pretense of being better than when choice is stripped away movement all but ceased free to go, destination prearranged the chariot awaits while i can't help but feel like we got off on the wrong foot i must admit i hope never to see you again but choice was stripped away and i can't stand to meet your gaze it's not your words, but your face that wicked grin highlighting my weakness my negligence when choice is stripped away movement all but ceased free to go, destination prearranged the chariot awaits
5.
i'm wasting my breath and i'm starting to think it's on purpose i'd rather not be here, but i know that isn't true i want you to be someone but that person eludes us both don't make sense make sense don't make sense make don't sense make sense don't make sense make don't make sense consider this an admission of fault i have to wait i'm wasting my breath and i'm starting to think it's on purpose this isn't a dance - only because i don't know how this can be a diving board because i'm not afraid to drown don't make sense make sense don't make sense make don't sense make sense don't make sense make don't make sense consider this an admission of fault i have to wait i'm wasting my breath and i'm starting to think it's on purpose if i break my back staring at the sun you'll know it's what i deserve

dignity 00:47
i failed you and i failed the parts of myself that were made to appease you i can feel it growing in my gut i can feel it growing
7.
tell me, tell me once more but how should you know that all i wanted was for you to tell me i'm a lost cause praise be damned - i don't know this as home yet the sting of familiarity calms my nerves not that i'd consider this an abode but i'll admit i had my hopes recede to ensure solitude secure yourself so there's something left to touch this is a coping mechanism i don't know this as home but i'll admit i had my hopes i always wanted to tell you you left me withered and incomplete but all you did was leave me alone to find that i am withered and incomplete
8.
when the bell chimes, the hair on my neck stands up an unmistakable tone - a silent note clarity rivaled only by that of white noise the purest of bonds for this velvet throat wash it down with conviction 'cause none of us likes the taste even mimes will drink it and drink it but only the good ones will swallow the bait we'll make it look like an accident a tragedy for those accountable static rivaled only by that of the moon the purest of bonds to settle this drought wash it down with conviction 'cause none of us likes the taste even mimes will drink it but only the good ones will swallow the bait there's always the option to refuse

blank casket 07:08
10.
i've always tried to latch on, and it felt so petty but where could i go - what could i do on my own you've got me thinking maybe the holes in our hearts are worth mending success was a ghost the only thing i've ever known has been uninvited entrances, interruption never to any avail you've got me thinking maybe the holes in our hearts are worth mending let a sigh mean wasted breath use the air to forge a prayer staring out as the curtain rises

about

Ending the decade with a bang, "no more dignity" is rooted in introspection and the effort that comes with combating obstacles both mental and physical.

Drawing influence from a variety of genres, including math rock, indie, emo, post rock, and metal - along with lyrical themes around depression, questioning relationship structures, and ultimately self-acceptance, "no more dignity" is an album that doesn't pull its punches but knows that tomorrow can be better than today.

((Zemtseff: "'don’t hold anything' (the previous album) is a proverbial opening of the door from self-inflicted emotional depravity and isolation into trying to find a more complete version of what self actually is; the knee-jerk reaction to the realization of habits and flaws that had hindered and continue to hinder personal development. 'no more dignity' pulls the next band-aid off and is an attempt to address more of the root causes of these issues, as well as being a statement of concerted effort towards real, tangible change."))
